Trainings Conducted

Training is regarded as one of the integral components of any development programmes. Training requires special skills and positive attitudes on the part of the facilitator which are not commonly found in the traditional teachers. Major focus of training by the KVK is to impart practical work experience updating technological advances to the farmers. Need based trainings are conducted for beneficiaries which include practicing farmers & farm women, unemployed rural youths, school dropouts, extension functionaries and NGOs of the district. Each year the KVK conducts on an average of 80-90 training programs benefitting 2200 to 2500 beneficiaries of the district.

Trainings are organized in KVK campus as on campus and in villages as per need assessment called as off-campus training programs.
